Description: Students will learn to keyboard in the correct way, using proper techniques and practice procedures. By utilizing the touch system of keyboarding, students will learn to input information efficiently and accurately on all keyboards. Students will also learn proper use of the school’s network.

Description: This course will introduce students to video camera operation, camera stabilization techniques, lighting, scripts and storyboarding, digital imaging, motion graphics software, and importing/exporting graphics, movies, animations and sound effects into, or out of video editing software. Students will learn the elements and skills necessary to write, develop, produce and edit segments for film. The class will focus on mastering camera use, use of the iMovie editing program on a Mac, and effective editing skills.

Description: This course is an introduction to the programming language Python. Students will utilize the fun, colorful and interactive CMU Graphics library developed by Carnegie Mellon. An emphasis is placed on problem-solving and creativity in this project-based exploration of computer science and the logic of coding.
