Falcons Learn in Loss to Western Reserve
The Lutheran East Lady Falcons lost in 3 sets by scores of 25-14, 25-10, and 25-11.  The Falcons played very well in the first set but the Pioneers were just too much for the Falcons.  Their offense was too much for the young Falcons to overcome.  Jermaine Coleman led with 3 serve points in the first set.  The second set was another tough one for the Falcons, who were led by Jeri Pollard with 3 serving points including one ace.  In the third set the Falcons started off well  with Torrie Simmons serving.  But then fell once again.  The challenge for the team will be to build on the early success seen in the serving game.  Freshman Brittany Holloway dominated the net again today and is turning into a real force to be reckoned with.  She has been continually improving each and every day and game.  The Falcons are back in action tomorrow vs. Warrensville Heights.
