Lady Falcons Fall on Road
After a tough loss to Norte Dame Cathedral Latin, the Lady Falcons came into Monday's game looking to get back to their winning ways as they faced Villa Angela Saint Joseph on the road for a non conference battle.
The first two quarters were closely contested as the Lady Vikings entered the third quarter ahead of the Lady Falcons by 4 points. The score at the halftime break was 23-19.
In the third quarter, the Lady Falcons took charge as they fought back to take a two point lead over the Lady Vikings.
With a 38 to 36 lead heading into the fourth, the Lady Falcons were in a continuous back and forth battle until the end. Sadly, the Lady Falcons did not have enough to finish off the Lady Vikings and the finished the game losing 55 to 47.
The Lady Falcons are now 6-4 and look to swing momentum their way as they play the Lady Mustangs of Maple Heights on Wednesday night at home.
