Boys Basketball Wins a Nailbiter
The Lutheran East boys’ basketball survived a second half surge by the Mizrachi team to win by just two points, by a score of 47-45. The Falcons went into halftime with a 12 point lead thanks to some great work by Matt Hardnick. In the second half, the team struggled with turning the ball over and lost offensive continuity. Mathew Hardwick, Thomas Jackson and Don Rashad led all scoring with 16, 12 and 10 points respectively. It was great to get the first road win of the season. The Falcons travel to Christian Community School on December 11th for their next game.
