Student Clubs

Student Clubs and Activities
At Lutheran East, students have the opportunity to join a number of clubs which meet outside of the school day. We want each student to have the ability to have the chance to explore new interests and have fun with their fellow classmates. We are always open to adding new activities that will serve our students' interests.

Current clubs include:

Anime Club

Description: This club offers opportunities for students to get together to watch anime and discuss the themes. Students will also play anime trivia games, try Japanese food, and learn common Anime phrases in Japanese.

Expectations:  Members are expected to be respectful of each others’ opinions and be kind to one another. Members should come to each meeting with an open mind to different styles and forms of Anime.

Goals/Purpose: This club’s purpose is to provide a safe space for students to watch and discuss Anime. Our goals are to share knowledge of Anime shows and styles, increase confidence in sharing opinions and interests with others and to learn more about Japanese culture and language.
